No Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased and delivered. Please ensure that you have selected the correct items before completing your order.

No Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for purchased items.

Exception – Out of Stock Items
A refund will only be processed if:

• An item has been paid for; and
• The item is out of stock and cannot be sourced within a reasonable timeframe.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the unavailable item using the original payment method.
