1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities, towns, and most outlying areas within South Africa. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are available at checkout based on the package size and shipping method.
- Kindly select the applicable shipping method as we may be unable to send out your order should the method chosen be such that not all products can be sent out at once.
- In this scenario, we may contact you to choose a difference shipping method; additional charges may apply.
- From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details (where available).
6. Delivery Requirements
- A person must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel where required.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While we work with reputable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Industrial action
- Remote delivery locations
We appreciate your patience should any delays arise.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include photographs of the packaging and products where applicable.
- We will investigate the matter with the courier and work towards a suitable resolution.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:
- Attempt a second delivery;
- Contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date; or
- Return the parcel to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.
10. Collection Option (If Available)
Where offered, customers may choose to collect their orders from our designated collection point. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
11. International Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, we currently ship only within South Africa.
Should international shipping become available, applicable rates, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timeframes will be communicated at checkout.
